This  bio could start with a sentence along the lines of "Steven Crawford is  a..." But if there is only one thing you could know about me, I would want it to be that I am present, hands on, and authentic. My role is not simply to be an influencer or just an image. So instead, let's start with this....Hello, my name is Steven Crawford and I  am a health and wellness professional in Los Angeles, CA. ​

My journey began when I was in high school in South East Wisconsin. I wasn't always an athlete, however. I was in the bleachers, on the field, and wore a uniform but instead of a ball in my hand it was a trombone. I eventually gave sports a try but didn't flourish until I reached college level athletics at which point I learned the value of good work ethic and self-confidence.  ​

These skills catapulted me into my next chapter as a professional basketball player in the division 1 level of the Icelandic Basketball Federation. In addition, I began training for the FSU Basketball Academy, working with young student athletes to create a unique development environment for promising players.  Upon my return to the states I continued my career as a trainer which led me to Los Angeles, CA  in 2013.

I was in search of not just a career but an opportunity to go all in on something bigger than myself. Initially I found myself down in my luck until I was presented with the opportunity to become a health and wellness coach with Herbalife Nutrition. This was a chance to become my own boss and create massive impact not only in my local community but communities worldwide. ​

Continuing the theme of authenticity, I first began my own Herbalife nutrition plan as my golden rule is to always be your own best client! On my plan I gained over 40 lbs of lean muscle and dropped my body fat from 12% to 6%. To this day I have remained at 8% body fat or below, thus coining  the nickname Summertime Steve (always Summer ready!). I found significant success in my first year as a health coach, helping people lose weight, gain muscle, and increase their energy and self confidence to a point that I was soon able to work from home full time and design the lifestyle I had always hoped for but didn't know was possible. I quickly realized that this was something that I was going to do for the rest of my life.
